Annapurna Studios has been using sophisticated, global standard technology and has been investing on it so much to cater the needs of Motion Pictures and Television Commercials industry. Rajendra Prasad’s ‘Dream’, which has won the prestigious Royal Reel Award in the Canada film festival recently, had the extraordinary work of Annapurna Studios DI team behind it. The director Bhavani Shankar has said that, the Annapurna Studios DI team had taken it as a challenge, when he had said the importance of colour patterns in his film. CV Rao, the technical head of the post production at Annapurna Studios said that, the director had first thought to bring a colourist from Mumbai to represent the different colour patterns that narrate the content and their colourist Pankaj Haldkar had delivered what the director exactly needed. He also said that the makers of the film had adopted dream colour psychology which explains the colour nature of the dream and worked for the colour of the dream matching the mood of the scene.
